چکیده

توقیع شریف «أمّا الحوادث الواقعی...»، در کتب اربعه وجود ندارد، لکن شیخ صدوق، شیخ طوسی و طبرسی آن را از سه طریق روایت کرده‌اند و در هر سه طریق آن، فردی به نام اسحاق بن یعقوب قرار دارد که متأسفانه دربارة این راوی، شناخت روشنی از منابع به دست نمی‌آید؛ بدین ترتیب توقیع مزبور به جهت سندی، مورد اعتماد نمی‌باشد.
      امّا موافقان استدلال به توقیع شریف برای اثبات ولایت فقیه، به دو قسمت این توقیع استناد کرده‌اند. قسمت نخست، با سه تقریب بیان شده است که هر سه تقریب، به جهت وجود اشکالاتی پذیرفتنی نیست. اما قسمت دوم توقیع، می‌تواند مستند مناسبی برای استدلال بر ولایت فقیه باشد.
      به هر حال، از آنجا که توقیع مورد بحث از سندِ صحیح محروم می‌باشد، نمی‌توان آن را از دلایل ولایت فقیه به شمار آورد.

Considering the Implication of the Noble Hadith, Happened Events “Hawadeth Waghea”

The Noble Hadith “Amma al-Hawadeth al-waghea” is not found in  the  four  authentic  Books  of  Shiism,  but  Sheikh  Sadoogh
Sheikh Tusi and Tabarsi have narrated it through three chains and unfortunately in every chain there is a person, Isaac Ibn Yaghoob, who is unknown and there is nothing in the sources for introducing him. So this Hadith is not reliable in relation to its documentary.
     But those who agree with the arguing for demonstrating the guardianship of Islamic jurisprudent with this Hadith, they use two parts of it. Three explanations have been indicated in the first part, but these three explanations are not acceptable, because they have some difficulties. But the second part of this Hadith can be an appropriate document for demonstrating the guardianship of Islamic jurisprudent.
     However, since this Hadith is not a reliable document, it cannot be counted as the reasons of the guardianship of Islamic jurisprudent.
