چکیده

متعی الطلاق در آیات و روایات ما مطرح شده و مفسران و فقیهان هر دو به بررسی آن پرداخته‌اند و گروهی وجوب آن را مختص طلاقی دانسته‌اند که پیش از مواقعه باشد و مهریه نیز تعیین نشده باشد و گروهی دیگر آن را در تمام صور طلاق واجب دانسته‌اند. نوشتار حاضر در سه قسمت به بررسی موضوع متعی الطلاق پرداخته و آن را نقد و تحلیل کرده است.

Power is dealt with in the verses of the Quran and narrations and both commentators and jurisprudents have studied it. A group allocated the necessity of Mota Al-talagh to a divorce that was happened before sexual intercourse and the dower was not appointed and   another   group   necessitated   it  in  all  kinds  of  divorces.  This three parts.
