چکیده
انسان بسیاری از نیازهای خود را از بازار تهیه میکند. از سویی اسلام برای استفاده از کالایی شرایطی در نظر گرفته است که گاه احراز آن شرایط آسان نیست و انسان متشرع در مورد استفاده از آن مردد میشود. این مقاله پس از تعریف بازار و بیان موضوع این جستار، اصل کلی اباحه اولیه را که در مورد موجودات جهان به طور کلی جاری است مطرح نموده، آنگاه لزوم احراز ذبح شرعی در مورد فراوردههای دامی متوقف بر ذبح، قاعدة سوق، حکم کالای بازار غیر مسلمانان ـکه مرکز تولید بسیاری از کالاهای موجود در بازار مسلمانان استـ و حکم کالای وارداتی را بررسی کرده است.

چکیده [English]
Market provides much of the needs of man. In the one hand, Islam has regarded some conditions for using some goods that sometimes its obtaining is not so easy and the believer becomes uncertain about its using. Defining the market and stating the subject of this article, it propounds generally the universal rule of genuine permitting of the creatures and then considers the necessity of lightening of legal slaughter of animals and their products, market rule, the situation of the non-Muslims’ goods and imported goods.
