چکیده
تکفیر به‌عنوان یکی از مسائل پیچیده فقه اسلامی، در دوران معاصر به دلیل سوءاستفاده از دلایل عقلی به ابزاری برای تفرقه و خشونت تبدیل شده است. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای، به بررسی نقش دلایل عقلی در استنباط احکام تکفیری، علل سوءاستفاده از آن‌ها و ارائه راهکارهای اصلاحی پرداخته است. سوالات اصلی پژوهش شامل چگونگی تأثیر نادرست دلایل عقلی بر صدور احکام غیرمنطقی، عوامل تشدیدکننده این پدیده و راهکارهای کاهش آن در چارچوب فقه اسلامی است. هدف از این مطالعه، شناسایی نقاط ضعف استدلالی در فقه تکفیر و ارائه راه‌حل‌های عملی برای اصلاح این روند و تقویت انسجام فقهی و اجتماعی است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که تفسیر نادرست متون دینی، فقدان روش‌شناسی منسجم و تعصبات فکری به ویژه در آرای ابن‌تیمیه، به احکام فاقد پشتوانه منطقی و تشدید تنش‌های مذهبی منجر شده است. برای مقابله با این چالش‌ها، پژوهش پیشنهادهایی چون تدوین روش‌شناسی عینی، تقویت آموزش میان‌رشته‌ای و توسعه نظارت دیجیتال ارائه می‌دهد. نوآوری این پژوهش در تحلیل چندبعدی علل سوءاستفاده و ارائه راه‌حل‌های عملی برای ارتقای انسجام فقهی و کاهش تفرقه در جهان اسلام نهفته است.

Abstract
Takfir, as one of the complex issues of Islamic jurisprudence, has become a tool for division and violence in contemporary times due to the misuse of rational reasons. This study, using a descriptive-analytical method and library resources, examines the role of rational reasons in deducing takfiri rulings, the reasons for their misuse, and provides corrective solutions. The main research questions include how rational reasons have an incorrect effect on issuing irrational rulings, the factors that exacerbate this phenomenon, and solutions to reduce it within the framework of Islamic jurisprudence. The aim of this study is to identify the weak points of argumentation in takfir jurisprudence and provide practical solutions to correct this trend and strengthen jurisprudential and social cohesion. The findings show that incorrect interpretation of religious texts, lack of coherent methodology, and intellectual biases, especially in the views of Ibn Taymiyyah, have led to rulings lacking logical support and intensification of religious tensions. To address these challenges, the study proposes such suggestions as developing an objective methodology, strengthening interdisciplinary education, and developing digital surveillance. The innovation of this study lies in its multidimensional analysis of the causes of abuse and offering practical solutions to promote jurisprudential coherence and reduce division in the Islamic world.
