Abstract
T
the term naseb (anti-Shi’a) has come in the hadith of Ahl-Bayt (A.S) and in the words of Shiite jurisprudents abundantly and many commands, including, deprivation of civil rights (like marriage with a believer, not inheriting), deprivation of social and spiritual rights (like boycotting and renouncing him and not permitting to pray with him
conform this title to all opponents of Shiites. Considering the juridical arguments (hadith, jurisprudents and etymologists’ words and the demands of principles of jurisprudence rules), this article shows that the first view is correct and the last view is incorrect and it is far from juridical teachings of Ahlol-Bayt (A.S).
Key words: Naseb, Marriage, Inheritance, Twelvers’ jurisprudence, Traditions of Ahlol-Bayt (A.S).
